REGISTRATION INFORMATION

• Registration Deadline: Friday the 7th November 2008

• The cost of the conference is £95 (this includes Registration, refreshments, lunches on the two days of the conference and an evening meal).
• Cheques, which must accompany the registration form, should be made payable to the ‘Northumbria University’. Please note: we cannot accept payment by credit card. Neither can we issue invoices to your supporting organisation.
• If you are applying for a Studentship, please do not submit this form until the outcome of your application is known to you. If you have been successful, you must return this form but you will then not need to send any payment for registration. Please include a copy of the note confirming your studentship award when you return this form.

Meals accomodation and travel

• Lunches and refreshments during the two days of the conference are included in the registration fee. You are responsible for travel arrangements, and all other meals and accommodation. In the tradition of the ‘Seattle Club’, a conference dinner will be organised for Monday the 1st of December, this will be held at Gusto, Quayside. The cost of dinner is included in the conference registration fee.
• We have managed to secure a preferential room rate for Seattle Club attendees of £85 per person per night, including breakfast, at one of Newcastle’s leading hotels, The Thistle Hotel in Neville Street. If you wish to book one of these rooms, please quote ‘Seattle Club’ whilst booking (offer subject to availability).
